JV/8th grade shoot out on Thursday, June 20th

Central JV Shootout Schedule The Central Lady Comets are hosting a JV/8th grade shoot out on Thursday, June 20th.  While it is intended for 8th grade girls, we are inviting any girls in 6th-8th grade who attended camp or played last year.  The schedule is attached.  There is a $2 admission cost and concessions will be available.  Let Coach Stimson know if you are planning to attend at cstimson@cusd4.org .  . . .

Nash Middle School State Track Athletes Compete at State Meet

Congratulations are due to our 3 Nash 8th graders who qualified for the State Track Meet this past weekend.  On Friday, Natalie Prairie ran the Hurdles placing 11th out of 28 with a time of 16.9.  On Saturday morning Amarion Paxton and Michael Alberts competed in the Shot Put.  Amarion earned the 2nd place medal with a throw of 46'1/2".  After a long weather delay, Michael ended the day throwing the . . .

2019 WGFA 5th/6th Grade Iroquois County Spelling Bee

Today we had four students participate in the 2019 WGFA 5th/6th Grade Iroquois County Spelling Bee. The students that earned the opportunity to represent Nash were Aly Massey, Audra Prairie, Laine Bennett, and John Randles. John Randles added to the hardware collected this week at Nash Middle School by placing 5th place. Congratulations to all!

Chebanse STEAM 3rd and 4th Grade

Nash STEAM 7th and 8th Grade

We had another STEAM Team medal yesterday! Congratulations to our 7th/8th Grade STEAM Team for placing 3 rd at the I-KAN STEAM Challenge! The team members are Karmen Cody, Natalie Prairie, Logan Fritz, and Tyler Balthazor. These students faced off against 24 other teams in challenges that involved Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. These students make us proud!

Nash 5th/6th STEAM Challenge 2nd Place

Congratulations to the Nash 5th/6th Grade STEAM Team for placing 2nd today at the I-KAN STEAM Challenge! The team is comprised of Owen Wilder, Audra Prairie, Keira Donnelly, and Blake Chandler.
