Residency Verification Dates
Residency Verification (for returning students) for the 2022-2023 school year has been set for August 1, 2023 from 12:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. and August 3, 2023 from 7:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. (Noon) at the CCLD Library for all students in the district. We ask that you enter through door #27 on the west side of the Harold and Jean Miner Auditorium. New Student residency verification (excluding kindergarten students) has been set for August 1, 2023 from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Unit Office in Ashkum.
Acceptable Forms of Documentation for Residency Verification
You must provide documentation showing you and the student(s) live at the address you list on the residency form. Please check and present three (3) of the following documents. You may only use one document from each category (i.e. only one utility bill will be accepted under that category). Copies will be made (if necessary) and your original documents will be returned to you. Any account numbers or social security numbers will be blacked out on district copy.
All documents must be original. Copies will not be accepted. All documents
must be current, no older than three (3) months old and show your name and physical address.
You must provide three (3) different kinds of documents from the categories listed below.
□ Current Mortgage Statement □ Home Ownership Title or Deed □ Current Signed Lease □ Current Property Tax Bill with Proof of Payment or Escrow Documentation □ Current Vehicle Registration | □ Current Utility Bill (Electric, Gas, or Water) Only one item from this category will be accepted. □ Current Homeowners / Renters Insurance □ Valid Driver’s License / Illinois ID □ Current Voter Registration □ Public Aid Documentation or Official Mail from Public Aid Office with Current Address |
Additional Information
You may pay 2023-2024 school fees.
You may apply for free and reduced lunches (needs to be done on a yearly basis).
