In December teachers and staff were looking for students who forgive others, are kind to everyone, show that they care and help people in need. Anime: January 25th 3:30-4:30 -- Marbling Craft -- We will be trying out the art of Japanese Marbling. "floating ink" is the process of marbling plain paper with water and ink to transform it into something vibrant and colorful. You must register in the library a head of time. Middle School students must turn a permission slip in to the Office that morning of the craft.

ON THE EXTRA-CURRICULAR SCHEDULE:
Our annual Central's Got Talent contest will take place on Friday, March 10th. We are looking for singing, dancing, acting, and more! The top 10 Nash acts and top 10 CHS acts will compete for cash prizes! If you think you have what it takes to win, sign-up to audition. Auditions to be in the show will be held on Monday, Feb 13th and Wednesday, Feb 15th . Sign-up outside the Nash or CHS choir room doors for an audition time.

THE KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS FREE THROW CHAMPIONSHIP IS SPONSORED ANNUALLY, WITH WINNERS PROGRESSING THROUGH LOCAL, DISTRICT, AND STATE COMPETITIONS.

3-on-3 Basketball Tournament: The annual 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament to benefit the Life Education Center Programs will be on Sunday, Feb. 12 at ONU (McHie Arena) from 1-4 p.m. If you are interested, you must get your team together and register by Friday, Jan. 27. Cost is $15 per person and you can have up to 4 people on your team. There are different divisions: 5th-6th boys, 7th-8th boys, 5th-6th girls, and 7th-8th girls. Student Council: There will be a full student council meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 18 at 7:45 in Mrs. Thompson’s room.
Concession Stands: From this point forward you must sign up on signupgenius.com in order to work concessions. If we say that we need more help please stop in and tell Mrs. Thompson or Ms. Tronsen that you can stay. We will not allow any more than seven workers per half. You can stop in and see if we need help if you forget to sign up.
You only have ten more chances to earn points to go to state convention through working concessions! We have no one signed up to work. Please sign up online ASAP
