Students are required to maintain an 85% average on tests and to read a set number of books for the parties each quarter this year. To achieve Class Goal students will need to maintain a 70% and read the required number of books.
Students will be working towards a Popcorn Party and short movie for First Quarter. This is for grades 3rd and 4th.
The 100 Point AR Club has set some new goals this year. Students must have an average of 85% on their tests, make all the parties, and are within or above their ZPD range. Students are treated to a special lunch at the end of the school year if they achieve these goals.
There were 92 students from 3rd and 4th grade that achieved the Popcorn Party for the First Quarter. The Party is scheduled for October 28th in the cafeteria. There were 125 students that made Classroom Goal and 59 went above and beyond in the hallway with their percentages. You had to achieve 90, 95, or 100% to put a star on the wall. Great job students!!!
