Cosmos Spring Soccer 2012

Calling All Soccer Players Central Cosmos Soccer is getting ready for the2012 Spring Season. Registration will take place at CHS on Saturday February 4th from 9-12:00 (please enter through the front doors). Cosmos is for children ages 4-18 of the Central community as well as neighboring communities. The cost is $40 per player with a $95 family cap. Volunteers are also need to make the season a success. Please click on the links below to download the necessary forms. Forms will also be available at CHS on Registration Day.
