February Follies!

Greetings from K-4 
Wow! It's hard to believe March is upon us and February has flown by with plenty of fun had by all! We began the month with the 100th day of school. We made 100 day hats, shared 100 items brought from home, counted by 1's, 5's, and 10's, as well as hopping and clapping for 100 seconds!
In the land of the Letter People, we met Ms. V, Ms. L, Mr. W and Ms. O. We are now reading decodable books within the reading program and we're making wonderful progress with chopping words.
Math time has brought us to patterning and number addition in our math tubs. We are also engaging in number recognition and number lines in our math series.
Theme topics have included-100 day, Lincoln/Washington, weather, planets and the four seasons.
February was fantastic! See you in March!
