January snow was quite a lot of fun when the K2 Kids were able to enjoy recess outside. They are very good at slipping into snowpants, boots and other warm gear when able to play outside.
This month we met four new letter people; Ms. S, Mr. D, Ms. U and Ms. V. We have learned to read their books and decode new words. The K2 kids are joyful each time a new word is chopped and blended. It is pure 'joy' to watch the children read each new book. Enjoy their reading at home!
We studied snow, dinosaurs, the U.S.A. and volcanoes with our letter people. We wrote about each of those topics. Our illustrations are very creative but our sentences are difficult to write. So we will keep practicing!
We are counting our way to 100th day
which is a day to celebrate...
